I do as Pinpon. I wash my face with water and soap, I comb my hair with a comb and I go to bed as soon as I get home. Besides, I do not do any exercise, I listen to Heavy Metal music, I watch porn and I drink Coke very often. My daily meals mainly consist of tacos, tortas and garnachas. I eat Japanese peanuts, potato chips, chocolates and spicy candies. I haven’t gone to the doctor in more than 20 years. So, I can say, I do not take care of myself as I must do.
